Shipping
Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
Returns
Once you receive your item, you have 7 days to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@marigolddecor.com with the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Receiving Damaged Issues
We work very hard to package your items with care, but sometimes unfortunately, issues still occur during transit. If your order is received damaged, please do the following:
1. Email clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to info@marigolddecor.com
2. You will receive a response within 24 hours
****It is VERY important to save the original *damaged* item, original packaging & packaging material, and contact us immediately****
Changed your mind?
If you receive your order and decide you no longer wish to keep it, you have 7 days upon delivery to request a return.
You will need to pay for your own shipping.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like add-ons (such as greenery, seasonal extra, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, and interior decorating services). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
